“Tell me, what it is you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
Science has long separated the mind from the body, but this is changing.
Recent compelling evidence shows that when the mind, body, and emotions are aligned, they can create powerful transformations for individuals and organizations—that outperform all other approaches.
If you
Believe that the potential for transformation is within you
Are willing to take full responsibility for your progress
Trust in emerging science
I am here for you, and all those who are are open-minded and brave enough to do this work.
To take you back several years, I would have said that the value of coaching lies in it’s people centred approach. Simply creating a space to listen with presence can be a powerful intervention. Coaching relies on structured conversations and skilled questioning. To me it is as much of a design skill as it is a science.
With a background in lecturing and research for digital products, I’ve worked at the intersection of computing and design. My approach is grounded in design as a method, a means of facilitation, and a communication tool. As a researcher I am skilled in uncovering problems and generating insights and I have experience developing digital behaviour change interventions for healthcare. As a mentor for design students, I’ve specialised in non-directive questions that empower others to find their own solutions to challenges.
The shift towards coherence practices that align mind, body and emotion draws on recent research that has evolved how we understand change. It's not just about structured conversations or problem-solving, but about recognizing the deep, often unconscious connections that drive behavior.
People say, “If change were easy, everyone would do it”. That trips off the tongue, but it’s not helpful. The truth is some people do go through deep transformative change, and I can help you discover how.
