Morna founded Coherence Strategy Ltd with an aim to focus on what matters for impactful results. Our mission is to guide individuals and organizations through meaningful transformation while eliminating waste and inefficiencies. 

While we are a new business, Morna's 25+ years of experience equipts us with a toolkit for conversations, interviews and workshops to uncover the root causes of problems, align goals and values, and set measurable objectives for targeted business results. 

In the end there are only a few approaches and templates for coaching, research and workshops that have real impact. We have decided to focus on these. 

Coherence Coaching for Individuals and Organisations

Coherence Coaching is a new addition to our offering. Like all our services we are focused on methods that have robust research behind them, and demonstrate maximum impact.
